How It Works

1. Upload HR Details

Prepare an Excel or CSV file with these 4 columns:

  • HR First Name (e.g., John)
  • HR Last Name (e.g., Doe)
  • HR Email Address (e.g., john.doe@gmail.com)
  • Company Name (e.g., Google)
This helps us write personalized emails like: "Hello John, I'm interested in opportunities at Google..." Instead of sending boring bulk mail.

2. Attach Your Resume

Upload your latest resume in PDF format — this file will automatically be attached to every email we send to the HRs you listed in the CSV.

3. Send Bulk Emails

Why do we ask for your Gmail & App Password?

Because this tool sends emails from your own Gmail account, not from our servers. This makes it look like you personally sent the mail, not some marketing software.

What's an App Password?

Google blocks normal passwords from being used in apps like ours for security reasons. Instead, Google gives you an App Password, a one-time 16-digit key, for secure access.

Without an App Password, this tool can't send emails for you.
